I'm a millennial and I'm working with a Gen Z kid and we're getting trained together on a new job at a job and our trainers are making us do all the work while sitting on their phones doing nothing and today me and the Gen Z kid looked at each other like wtf while we're working our butts off and saw the Boomer and Gen X in their chair sleeping.
Was gonna snap a picture but I didn't finish my job task before getting my phone before they woke up, lol.
Bonus: the old guy did nothing today besides press a few minor buttons and then proceeded to complain about the quality department “being lazy and needing to get off of their asses” when he legit sat 95% of the time on a 12 hour shift lmao.
