I think my building is making me sick. Has anyone else experienced this?

I started this new job about 5 months ago and have felt awful since starting. I thought it could be stress but I was stressed back in college and never was this sick. Within the first 2 weeks, I got an awful cold that had me sick for over 3 months with a deep cough. It felt very much like bronchitis. Now, just as I’m finally getting over the first illness, I come down with another bad cold with a similar deep cough lingering, just less servere. I am starting to wonder if it’s our building. We have a very small office with fewer than 5 people in the building at a time so I highly doubt it’s that germy of a place. However, if I continue to feel so sick I’m going to have to look for another job, preferably something remote. I highly doubt that my boss would ever consider our building may be the problem. Has anyone else experienced an issue like this?

EDIT: I should add, before starting I rarely ever got sick. Maybe one a year at most. Never for this long either.
