So my manager sucks at scheduling

I got a job at a sports retail shop while looking for a job utilizing my college degree. Meanwhile I had a seizure almost two years ago so my work history has been bleak. So, I want to stay here for at least six months. In my first few weeks there the GM wanted to promote me to management. Cool. Welp, company decided to re-locate her and bring us another manager from another location. She's a 25 year old chick that thinks she's a hot shot but in reality she's a horrible micro-manager that also makes a big production about making the store's schedule for the 20 employees. Well, anyone not hired by her gets little to no hours. My problem is I am one of them, but they end up calling me in at least three times a week so I sometimes end up with hours. My problem is,…

My problem is, I work hard, show up on time but get less hours? I have given her zero reasons to not give me hours. And some of her “hires” always call out. JUST SCHEDULE ME THOSE SHIFTS. And no, I cannot talk to her professionally about this. I know some of us out there cherish our days off. I want to as well.
