Does anyone know what’s going on with HR4728?

I completely forgot that this existed: HR4728 – 32 Work Week Act. It was introduced last year on 7/27 and looks like nothing has happened since then. Does anyone think HR4728 will go anywhere? It sucks just seeing it sit there.
