I deal with the accounting side of my employer, while there are a few issues from and accounting perspective I could rant alot about my real problem is that I work for/with narcissists, bigots and racist's, it's a small company no HR to speak of, this chalice is all poison.
I am using them to fill the gaps on my CV and get comfortable with a few accounting procedures that I've had little real world experience with then I am out.
I know the construction trade has a colourful grasp of the English language but what I hear most days is just…. horrible. I guess being a young white guy makes them think I won't be bothered.
