So I have situational mutism (officially disability) and since August 2021 I've been looking for work. I explored different routes, full time/part time jobs and apprenticeships. I keep hearing that my generation doesn't want to work but I really do want to work but the older generations keep discriminating against me. The only reason (definitely) why employers don't want to hire me is my inability to speak in certain situations… All the years of hard studying and the highest grades are for nothing… What do i do?!
