I'm having a conversation with my boss tomorrow and I'm really wanting to record it if possible. But I'm having a hard time finding anything definitive on Illinois law for this. Most of what I'm finding is about wiretapping which if I'm understanding correctly is phone calls and does not apply here. The conversation will either be in an office or a quiet outdoor area with just the two of us and is directly related to workplace matters. Any and all advice/resources is appreciated.
