I think we need some new norms in terms of how employees are hired.

If a Manager or employee hasn’t kept up with the latest industry best practices, that isn’t ideal. If a Hiring Manager doesn’t understand what they are Hiring for, that’s problematic too. Perhaps people could work through examples to demonstrate how they think about challenges.
