I’ve heard of teachers not being able to afford basic housing for their families. Principles discussing how most of their students are traumatized.

In the US students and teachers can’t afford daily necessities oftentimes. I think we have a major psycho-social crisis of people who are struggling. This is hidden beneath the forced smiles and handshakes of polite conversation.
