Hi all! My job is remote and overall has been pretty good, but they recently sent out an email saying they are rolling out PEGA Workforce Intelligence. They're trying to sell it as it's to monitor which parts of our employee software can be improved, but from what I can see it looks like it's monitoring software. Does anyone have experience with this?
