Going to jump right into it.
July 31st my brother was threatened by a coworker, she said she wanted to take a knife and “stick it in his gut” to which she also said “it's a promise”.
He filled out a report. I went to his place of work, talked to the manager on duty at the time. The chick got escorted out but she is to return to work tomorrow for 2nd shift.
Corporate was told, the manager told us as he had gotten off the phone with them about it.
With her returning to work it seems as though they're brushing it under the rug. I'm not looking for the proper paperwork to file against her/company.
Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what needs to be filled out against her or the company? It's based in FL so any laws as well would be helpful.
