I've been working diligently for two years, despite not having the decent salary I asked for. Now my boss is suppose to leave for a month long vacation in two weeks, she's been looking forward to those vacation for months and Im suppose to assume her role while she's away. And so, I started applying elsewhere. Im either gonna leave right before her vacation so she can't go, or during her vacation which would cause chaos. Karma is a bitch Sarah, I waited two years for this moment! Should have just paid me, I would have been the best team lead you ever had.
