So my bf gave his 2 weeks, he found a job who pays more and offers less, be has been there for 6 years. They were hiring before he gave his 2 weeks, same positions but $3 more, that is why he decided to leave. No he has 3 days left and they want him to train a new hire for 3 days, he said no, and they said his contract says his duties and other assignments….does he have to train the new person for the last 3 days
