Anyone else terribly disheartened by the LinkedIn grind-hustle environment?

I have recently really begun to notice the deeply problematic posting that several of my friends from university have engaged in where they post fairly pointless self-help type posts intermingled with sharing and liking of people sharing the stories of “self-made” millionaires or billionaires, while often disparaging those who might have not had the resources or capacity to excel in their worldview. These are mostly folks in sales and marketing. It is very disturbing to me, as these guys will likely be the backbone of the future of capitalist rhetoric. I wish I could communicate to them adequately that the heroes of LinkedIn and business classes will be the villains of their grandchildren's textbooks.
