Factory life

Hello, I work at an engine component plant that supplies parts for several big name automakers. Something has been getting under my skin and I just don't know what to do about it. We have huge incentives for new hires, bonuses, attendance incentives, all kinds of stuff. Nothing for anyone who has been 'loyal' to the company. Nothing. No raises, no incentives, no bonuses. It absolutely kills me as a middle manager that the people we rely on the most get zero incentives while the new hires get everything. We can't retain people, I get it. The ones we have retained for 20 years have had the luxury of working atleast 55 hrs a week with only 'cost of living raises' after top out. We are not a union shop.
