My manager truly hated me. I’ve heard it from other people, and it all stems because my manager was racist and biased. Before she was hired, my previous manager really liked me. I performed very well, earning staff of the month, and got lots of positive feedback from customers. I’ve made previous posts about my new manager, but she truly held something against me the entire time I worked for her. I kept everything in order, and she was very rude to me. She claimed to me she’d miss me, whilst talking behind my back to others saying “I can’t wait for him to leave”. She removed my from our work group chat, but kept people on there who quit 5 and 6 months ago… other people have confirmed with me that she is racist. She only supports people of her own skin colour, and she only promotes people of her own skin colour. Anyways, I quit. I don’t have to deal with her racism anymore. $15.15 wasn’t enough to support me in that position for the amount of work I did…
I will not shop at Walmart and will avoid it as much as possible. Walmart is not a good place to work, and the company claiming they are an equal opportunity employer is a complete lie.
Sidenote: I know I might sound aggregated, but I’ve been dealing with this for the past 10 months and it only got worse.
