If you have time and energy after work, a positive attitude, and no mental health issues you most likely are going to find a way to sooner or later leave a minimum wage job.
You will have the strength to stand up for yourself and others and search for other job opportunities if you receive mistreatment.
All those traits are not in the interest of a slave owner who is unable to force you to stay.
They want you trapped in a circle of leaving one abusive minimum job to find another abusive job, while somebody else who left his abusive job fills yours.
They search for a naive depressed workaholic and if they can't find one, they will work to create one.
Altho pretty much all their evil behavior is not motivated by self-interest/class reasoning, but just by their own moral corruption and stupidity.
