I was talking to some other employees on break about how insane the job has been lately. One of them apparently was a little boot licker who immediately reported to my manager that I said it felt like I was being set up to fail/be fired. He confronted me about it saying, “You are new you don't get to have all the resources everyone else has because you aren't performing as well.” . Those resources are what make or break someone at this job. I explained that to him and he said “You know what if you aren't happy here you can quit” (like he was trying to encourage me to get back to it bla bla bla). I was like, “bet, bye” and walked out. I am so much happier outside of that toxic environment and I already had another job so its not much of a loss.
