I hate my job, don’t want to work but I have to in order to live. Where do I go?

I hate where I work now and I’m planning to quit very soon. The pay is horrible, the management sucks. It’s a locally owned company. Not sure where to go or what to do, any recommendations? Anyone here needing remote workers lol? 🥲 im at a loss.
