Antiwork

Prospective employer asked me to give him notes on his social media website.

Yes, for free. He said it was part of the hiring process, but honestly being asked to provide consulting or work for free, even if they’re just “tips” strikes me as a red flag, even if it’s just a small one. The job itself would entail both retail/customer service and social media management, for an hourly 18$, and I feel a little like this might end up being a nightmare. What do we think, r/antiwork? Am I being overly critical or should I just ghost?
