He said it was part of the hiring process, but honestly being asked to provide consulting or work for free, even if they’re just “tips” strikes me as a red flag, even if it’s just a small one. The job itself would entail both retail/customer service and social media management, for an hourly 18$, and I feel a little like this might end up being a nightmare.
