It’s occurred to me that the current “hustle” (and quite frankly toxic) work environment in America isn’t the norm for other countries. There are also standards and benefits that differ greatly such as maternity/ paternity leave, management, break times, living pay, and idk what else. So my question is, what else is different in other countries? Is this type of environment central just to America?
