Told my manager “hard pass”

This is a continuation of the post I made earlier. After leaving the Jamaican lady’s house I uploaded the pictures of the shoddy job and left since I didn’t have the material to fix the issue and it was the end of my workday (7-3). I’ll admit, I was being a bit spiteful since the same manager tried to accuse me of stealing hours despite the fact that they are the ones who continue to feed me more service requests even after my official work hours are over. This results in me being out working until 7pm with an average of an hour drive back home depending on location.

Today I had just had enough between the haughty putt-putt enthusiast and the abuse our customer service call team and office manager had put the Jamaican lady though. So once I left the job, I clocked out.
Manager calls me and tells me to turn around and collect the service fee from the old lady. I’d like to remind y’all that the “service fee” entry said $0.00 and the reason she had to call us was because of a bad install.
I told her:
“I’m already clocked out since we didn’t have any new service requests”
“Well you can clock back in”
“No. Imma have to pass”
“W-what?”
“My work day is over and I’m already headed home. So, no, I’m not clocking back in”

I’m certain that I’ll be called into the office for a write-up.
I’m not signing anything
