Just quit my job after like three months.

This is probably the shortest time period I have ever been with a company. After urging from several of my friends and my fiancé, I decided to step away from my job at HearingLife as a scheduling coordinator. My job was to assist elderly people with coming in for hearing assessments . Expectations were 2 calls per minute for 8 hours, with a 2.5 minute call script, getting at least 8 people to come in and also bring a second person in with them to help them, usually getting this elderly individual to drive anywhere from 20-50+ miles out with a bare minimum of 200 calls per day. So, actively fucking impossible. I improved my metrics drastically this week and was met this morning with “yeah but we still want more or we’ll put you on a ‘success plan’ and if you don’t meet these now even HIGHER goals we’ll…
