Today my boss tasked me with putting together a binder with a bunch of documents I had to find, download, insert and add to said binder on Google docs, simple enough. I see the completion date is next week so I'm not rushing through it on a Friday and am juggling other things on my plate as well, I didn't finish it today cause screw it! It's Friday and this can be a Monday problem!
Until I get a message from my boss after my working hours (different time zones) saying not to worry about the task he had assigned to ME and that he had finished it instead!
Seriously WTF! Am I not trusted? I was never told this had to be done by the end of the day. This is more of a rant than anything, just annoyed, I love my job and my boss is overall pretty good and easy going but this just ticked me the wrong way.
