[Question-MN] Can new employer schedule a meeting before my start date?

I recently accepted a fully remote position for a company in CA (I am in MN) and I start in a couple of weeks. They sent me all of the hardware equipment I would need for work and I am working on setting it up to be ready before my start date this week. However, they recently asked to schedule a time to virtually meet to setup all login and software needs (quoting 2-4 hours). But they asked me to schedule this before my start date (so basically, unpaid). Am I okay to say I won't be available until my actual start date? Thanks!
