Nervous about quitting with no notice.

I’ve been at this job for a couple of months. I realized I hated it pretty early on but I’m a stubborn sort of person who doesn’t like to give up on things even if they’re not working. This job doesn’t pay enough for the insane amount of responsibilities. My boss said, “this isn’t a job for people who are in it for the money” in my first week. It’s totally toxic positivity.

The turn over rate is high but instead of paying better wages they just keep acquiring new companies. I know they will be upset at me leaving as I am the 4th person to quit this role in the last 2 years alone.

I decided to leave. I can’t afford to live in this high cost area on the wage provided anyway. I don’t want to give a two weeks notice. I hate the place and they haven’t earned my loyalty. Since I’ve been there for a such a short time I don’t plan to use them as a reference anyway.

I am so nervous about quitting same day and in-person. I’ve never done this before. Help me figure out what to say, help me gather the strength to be righteously indignant enough to leave them hanging.
