For context I work as a daycare “teacher” At a cafe/indoor playground for 3€ an hour 4 days a week 5 hours a day or more.
When they hired me :
B – so you will have from August 1 to 20 unpaid leave
M – thank you very much

B – Sadly we have to move your leave to August 6 – 19
M – okay not a problem

B – change of plans your leave starts August 8 – 19
M – okay but I can't stay longer than that I have booked flights for my holidays.
B – yes no problem
7/8/22
B – good morning, so would you like to work from August 8 to August 11 ?
M- No you have to find someone else
B – both you and ( insert other employee) are on leave so we don't have someone available
M – I'm sorry, I will come back August 24
B – You mean 20
M- I had a last minute emergency come up but i will be more than happy to help over text.
