I feel like in the last ten years or so there's no place in the workplace for just your average worker bee employees.
Unless you're a top notch uber performer you're just considered an underachiever as opposed to perfectly adequate.
Metrics expectations meant for much higher functioning employees, ever increasing workloads when you meet yours until you ultimately fail.
How can an average employee who gets their job done just fine has no real interest in climbing the corporate ladder survive?
Are we just going to be relegated to shitty low paying jobs?
Since when did doing a perfectly fine job a bad thing?
