i wouldnt take this job unless absolutely necessary, and its the first to respond while im in a tight spot. its just a 4 hour a day gig for 12 an hour, but knowing that most schools and day cares are only hiring because of the lack of real teachers, how can i prod for better pay knowing what situation they are in? the only reason im so inclined to going is because the location is great for me to bike to and i need cash fast to help my family.
its been some time since ive had to go through an interview, and i never really argued over pay before, so any advice would be appreciated. i had been paid higher rates in the past and i can use that as a crush, but i take it many of you have experience with this so id love to hear.
