I have my pride flag and trans lives matter posters in my office and I’ve put them on like 2 months ago. Today I walk in and was told anything “political” has to be taken down. Anything with social justice has to be taken down. I want to call HR. When I started I made a complaint about a lady that works here as she was spewing out hate speech over trans and non binary people, she also had another complaint from another employee for racists comments…and nothing was done….she still works here. I’m pretty sure she’s the one who complained. I don’t want to take my flag down, am I protected? Because I’m pretty sure this counts as discrimination.
