I live in Utah working for a company that requires me and my partner to drive from job site to job site. Im required to take off 0.5 hr from my clocked hours everyday for “lunch” but I don’t actually get a real lunch break. Im not the one driving so it’s not hard to eat or anything, but im still working. We don’t have any designated time to eat, although there is some down time in between jobs occasionally. Am I validated in bringing this up as an issue to my boss? Thanks
