Got random tested at work and tested positive. Manager says I can still work until she hears from corporate (she clearly doesn’t give a shit personally). That’s so fucking stupid and straight up illogical. If I can work and do my job well in all the time it takes for corporate to get back then why tf test in the first place besides filling the pockets of companies who benefit from it? Also I know for a fact my work ethic is better than most of the people there bc the manager specifically told me the other day before my results came back that I didn’t need to come in for the morning meeting bc she was just going to cuss the others out for being late, calling out, etc. that was literally almost everyone who fucking works there except me and a few others LMAO. Whatever. I don’t like the job anyway but I guess I’ll get a check as a buffer if corporate decides I’m “unsuitable” for work in the meantime.
