Been struggling to get a job recently. I have Autism so certain work environments cause me intense stress and pain, so finding the right thing is a difficult process.
I was happy for a few days, certain I had maintained a job at a library quite close to my home. All that was necessary was the final interview. Scheduled it early morning, had an alert an hour prior that it was going to be happening. The employers had my proper phone number as well as a scheduled time to speak with me, but not one phone call came through.
I tried reaching out, managing to get the company's email to eventually receive five separate emails all saying something completely different about the interview. From the role being filled, to me not showing, to the final email insisting I should try again as they were “swamped”.

Idk why it's on workers so much to be punctual but companies are able to be this absolutely careless when communicating with possible workers. Waste of time.
