I work for a rapidly growing tech company. We recently bought a company that competes with a product I manage. As a result, there has been open hostility toward me for representing it.
I’ve currently been written out of the history and SOPs for the products and all documents. I’m being pushed aside.
I have two question:
1 before I am fired, what should I focus on doing and getting right now?
2 what should I look for the crosses form normal workplace bullying into actionable legal consequences?
