Today, I was asked to do one of the most repulsive things in my life; to use my venmo to help my dad (he's tech illiterate) donate 200$ to his boss' father's funeral. No, he wasn't pressured into donating such a large sum or even donating at all. No, he was the one to SUGGEST setting the a gofundme. I was looking at him the whole time like……BRUH. TBH, I'm not that surprised (he has a history of worshipping his bosses even when his relationship with them is terrible), but it made me realize just how brainwashed, crushed and defeated the older generation was. Moments like this make me wonder how the hell this movement even got of the ground……….
