i’m so tired of being “stuck”

i’ve been working in IT ever since i graduated from uni and im so tired of it at this point. it’s just staring at code day in day out, plus my colleagues think being passive aggressive is a proper way to give constructive criticism, the turnover rate is massive but i don’t have the energy or any motivation whatsoever to look for yet another tech job. i’d love to do something creative but any motivation or effort i’d like to put towards that gets sucked away by the end of the work day and i need the job to pay bills. there’s not much of a greater point i’d like to make but i just wanted to vent and if anyone has had similar experiences, feel free to share (along with any advice you may have) thank you all
