Am I getting paid fairly?
A game company reached out to me for developing an mmorpg demo. I agreed to get paid $700 for 15 days of work. I know it seems low already but it is normal for my country.
The company decided to hire me for designing the full game. We're still waiting for the investing period to finish and I don't get paid during this time. They said that they would give at least $1000 a month when we start working. Fast forward like a month and I hear they are hiring people with pays reaching from $4000 to $6000 a month. I don't want to lose this job. But I also don't want to get paid unfairly. What should I do?
Additional info: Minimum wage in my country: about $350 a month. I'm a game designer and the people I mentioned are 3D artists. I'm expected to work 40 hours a week.
