Lower pay and lower stress or higher pay higher stress?

So, I’m a nurse working remotely for an insurance company. I gross about 63K and have OK benefits, the job is minimal stress and some days I’m essentially working part time. Not really any micromanagement. I accepted a job offer for 74K that involves more phone time with patients (have zero now), possibly more metrics and a company that is good with benefits but known for layoffs. With that said, would most of you here stick with lower stress for a bit lower pay?
