When interviewers send you an email instead of calling you about an unsuccessful interview

I had an interview for an internal mid-teir corporate job and I must have spent two days of my own time preparing for it, done a nice PowerPoint and everything. Afterwards a fucking autoreply mostly saying 'we enjoyed meeting you, sorry you have been unsuccessful.' Is it irrationally angry of me to feel angry about this and not at least receive a phone call?
