Genuine question: what’s the concept?

I mean if nobody works, society will pretty much collapse. If only a few don't work and expect to be fed and everything, that's just freeloading. How do you build a working and fair society without work? Edit: the bot was kind and quoted the FAQ. I should have read it before posting though. So basically you are against hierarchy. How do you think the world would work without it? Everyone doing what they feel like? Who would deliver goods to the stores? That's not a pleasant or exciting job to do. And there are many things that are necessary but nobody would do them. Society would pretty much collapse in days imo.
