So here’s another reason I hate my job.
There was this one time we went talking to our manager because they kept taking our experienced associates to work for their department, leaving us to train every single associate that came in new, and taking them after some time after they learned everything they needed. We expressed that we needed to stay with experienced people so that they could be the trainers for the different stations they had to go thru, that way we could do our job properly. He told us that we are there to train them and to let them move into their department, and to think of ourselves as a farm… I don’t know how I didn’t quit at that moment right there.
