Is everything we hate about managers actually being taught in business schools?

Talking about the pizza parties, the strategies against unions, the 'family' bullshit etc. I can just imagine that those schools have books that when you open it says: “Rule 1, your employees shouldn't care about money because when they work for a family, that will make them more happy” or something along those lines. Because somehow every job vacancy i see has the same bullshit text (probably just recruiters copy/pasting) and so many things are the same at every company. So it can only be that those in management, have been taught this at school, right?
