Am I not allowed to be sick??? Just started a new job and unfortunately I got pretty sick (not Covid) within a few weeks. But the thing is; I haven’t worked here long enough to qualify for sick days. So I have to use my paid vacation time to make money while I’m sick, and I can’t work from home.
