He was standing on a ladder filling up a tank and the 8ft ladder gave out. So he grabbed onto the gas hose and swung like tarzan and hit his whole body force straight into a pipe. (He is 335+lbs) How do I convince a guy who has for his whole life, looked up to scumbag business owners exploiting workers weaknesses to take workers comp??
