Hello everyone! I just want to say I feel amazing after quitting a job that I've been at for a year! Everything has been a Rollercoaster at this job and the engagement of being a sales consultant and helping people learn about our products has been fun here and there for those customers feeling reassure to stay with our brand. The fact when you're a vendor inside another store where they don't care about much support let alone your own company getting replacement high ups that just care for numbers rather than what you do to keep customers to their brand is embarrassing. Being told my potential to full time can be effective because I didn't properly understand operations when I did and was missing out on the support I need is quick to assume when they don't know what the reps deal with everyday. I feel happy I left and confident in my business I want to build as an independent worker to do what I do best and get better pay for it. I never had the courage to leave messages in a big chat for everyone to see but I said what I needed to say respectfully and left. It was a crazy but im happy knowing I can do what I want and don't need ignorance or people blinded on not knowing what we deal with it to tell us otherwise. If you believe in something do it! That's how my last 2 jobs work and I'm now on road to be a business on my own!
