Hello my gf is about to start working part time at a grocery store near by. She really wants to work there since it's close. The manager informed her that the breaks she gets she will have to clock out. If she screen shots this and maybe keeps track of when she clocks out. When she is done working there can she get reimbursed? It says in my state they have to pay for breaks given, not sure if that means part time too.
