Should I screw over my job that I’m leaving?

Without getting too detailed, at my job me and my coworker are the only 2 people in our department and the only 2 that can do our work. I put in my notice a while back and my last day is the 18th. For months we've been suggesting a 3rd person even if just part time to help cover for emergencies and it's fallen on deaf ears. Well, my coworkers mom passed yesterday and obviously she had to go. The thing is I technically have tomorrow off due to approved annual leave and I also have next Tues off for approved sick leave for Dr appts. I am moving to a different state and can't reschedule those appointments even if I wanted to. So, my fellow antiwork redditors, should I just not show up those days I have off? My boss is out but the higher upside reached out and told him the situation. So he hasn't even reached out to check with me about my leave and is probably assuming I will just show up. I genuinely hate this place. But don't know if I want to set this bridge on fire. What do y'all think?
