Interviewed for it technician, offered 14$ an hour and was told I technically have a degree.

As the title says I interview for a IT technician for goodwill. They offered me fourteen dollars an hour, and when I refused the interviewer started diminishing my experience and education. She said I technically had a degree(I have a bachelor's that I got from a community college online program.) Also said I technically have networking experience. I am currently a cable tech, and I set up home networks, and networking equipment every day. The kicker is the position needed someone who would be able to repair(like rewire and sauter) and install pa, security, and networking equipment. I did five years of HVAC work so I am familiar with circuit boards, and have no issues working with low voltage circuits. I am flabbergasted at how little they offered for how much skill they wanted. Then to try to diminish my accomplishments and experience when I refused. The system is fucking…
