Hello all, especially people with a background in some employment law. This is about my fiancee. Recently, a guy got a promotion as a senior tech. The job pays at 28 an hour. The job duties are exactly the same as what my fiancee has been doing since September of last year. She has text messages from her boss, telling her to do these duties. She only makes 20 an hour. And was never told of the promotion. I thought it sounded like discrimination. Any thoughts?
