Anxious about confronting my manager about wage increases!

Hello Antiwork! I am hoping to get some advice. The situation: our pay at my current workplace (a retail company with 8 locations in Canada, I work at our warehouse in our office supporting our online store and shipping department) is determined by a 4 tiered “base pay and pay increase graph”. Basically, if your possitions is a tier 2, you start at $X and get a base set increase for years worked + an increase based on performance. I just found out yesterday that all the base pays and base increases went up by about $.50, however.. none of us have recieved any sort of wage increase. This change came into effect June 1st 2022. As far as I know, other than my friend who told me and myself, nobody else in the company is aware of this increase. Just wondering what I should/can do? What steps should I…
